Detached 95 sq m villa directly on the lake, just meters from the water. The house features a large garden overlooking the lake and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

A convenient lakeside path runs along the lake, making it easy to explore for lovely walks. Stepping out of the garden, simply cross the path and you're in the water!

The accommodation is located within the Villaggio Tre Capitelli complex, which comprises houses and apartments, a swimming pool (open from late May to mid-September), a restaurant/pizzeria, a minimarket, a tennis court, a volleyball court, and ping-pong tables.

A windsurfing school and boat, surfboard, and SUP rentals are open from June to the first week of September.

The accommodation comprises a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a large living room with sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a guest bathroom.

Parking is available next to the accommodation. Bed linens are not provided; you can bring your own or rent them (reservation required). Bath and kitchen linens are not provided and must be brought from home.
