Luxurious 80 sq m lakefront apartment with a large terrace offering stunning panoramic views. Equipped with every comfort, the apartment is located on the first floor above our restaurant, along with three other apartments adjacent to each other.

The restaurant does not disturb the tranquility of the accommodation; in fact, it provides an added convenience, as you can take advantage of the takeout service provided, allowing you to dine on the terrace from a magnificent vantage point.

The property is located in a lush lakefront park whose natural terraces slope gently towards the beach, offering magnificent views. The park is comprised of houses and apartments, a swimming pool (open from late May to mid-September), the aforementioned restaurant and pizzeria, a minimarket, a tennis court, a volleyball court, and ping-pong tables.

From June to the first week of September, the windsurfing school and boat, surfboard, and SUP rentals are open.

The accommodation comprises a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, a living room with kitchen, and a bathroom with shower.

The parking space is next to the building, from which a staircase leads to the first floor and the apartment entrance. The lake is only 80 meters away as the crow flies, but the beach is a 200-meter walk via stairs and paths. Bed linens are not provided; you can bring your own or rent them (reservation required). Bath and kitchen linens are not provided and must be brought from home.
