Detached 60 sq m villa directly on the lake, just meters from the water. The house features a large garden overlooking the lake and can accommodate 6 people.

A convenient lakeside path runs along the lake, making it easy to explore for lovely walks. Stepping out of the garden, simply cross the path and you're in the water!

The accommodation is located within the Villaggio Tre Capitelli complex, which comprises houses and apartments, a swimming pool (open from late May to mid-September), a restaurant/pizzeria, a minimarket, a tennis court, a volleyball court, and ping-pong tables.

A windsurfing school and boat, surfboard, and SUP rentals are open from June to the first week of September.

The accommodation bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with a bunk bed and a single bed with a pull-out bed, a living room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower.

Parking is available next to the accommodation. Bed linens are not provided; you can bring your own or rent them (reservation required). Bath and kitchen linens are not provided and must be brought from home.
