The accommodation is not located within the Villaggio Tre Capitelli, but is located 1 km away, approximately 800 metres outside the town centre of Pieve Vecchia. A convenient lakeside path leads to both Pieve Vecchia and the Tre Capitelli Village.

The accommodation comprises a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a living room that opens onto the terrace with panoramic lake views. A small laundry room is located in the basement. The parking space is next to the house.

As soon as you leave the garden, just cross the cycle/pedestrian path and you immediately find yourself in the water!

The village of Pieve Vecchia has restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. At Tre Capitelli, you can access services such as a restaurant and pizzeria, a minimarket, a tennis court, a volleyball court, and ping-pong tables.

A windsurfing school and boat, surfboard, and SUP rentals are open from June to the first week of September.

Bed linens are not provided; you can bring your own or rent them (reservation required). Bath and kitchen linens are not provided and must be brought from home.
