This spacious accommodation is located in a semi-detached house. The 70 m² lake-view apartment can accommodate up to 7 people and is spread over two floors, with the living area on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the first floor, accessible by a spiral staircase.

Featuring a terrace, the apartment is nestled in a lush park whose natural terraces slope gently down to the beach, offering magnificent lake views.

The park includes houses and apartments, a swimming pool (open from late May to mid-September), a restaurant and pizzeria, a minimarket, a tennis court, a volleyball court, and ping-pong tables.

A windsurfing school and boat, surfboard, and SUP rentals are open from June to the first week of September.

The accommodation comprises a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, a living room with two single beds, two bathrooms with showers (one on each floor), and a kitchenette.

Parking is located at the entrance to the village. From there, you need to descend the stairs to reach the accommodation and the lake. Bed linens are not provided, but can be booked (by prior arrangement only). Bath and kitchen linens are not provided and must be brought from home.
