The Villaggio Tre Capitelli complex offers access to amenities such as a restaurant/pizzeria, a minimarket, a tennis court, a volleyball court, and ping-pong tables.

From June to the first week of September, a windsurfing school and boat, surfboard, and SUP rentals are open.
