The accommodation is not located within the Tre Capitelli tourist village, but on the other side of the lake, 5 km away, in the town of Crone. The garden offers direct access to the beach. A convenient lakeside path connects the accommodation to the town of Crone, where there are bars, restaurants, and grocery stores.

It has a large garden with a barbecue and a large terrace shared with the apartment next door. The property is completely fenced.

The accommodation has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette. A parking space is next to the accommodation.

Bed linens are not provided; you can bring your own or rent them (reservation required). Bath and kitchen linens are not provided and must be brought from home.
