This apartment is located in a semi-detached house on the mezzanine floor. The 50 m² apartment with a stunning lake view can accommodate up to 5 people. It features a balcony with panoramic views and a spacious veranda below the house, accessible via an external staircase. The accommodation is located in a lush lakefront park whose natural terraces slope gently towards the beach, offering magnificent views.

The park includes houses and apartments, a swimming pool (open from late May to mid-September), a restaurant and pizzeria, a minimarket, a tennis court, volleyball court, and ping-pong tables. A windsurfing school and boat, surfboard, and SUP rentals are open from June to the first week of September.

The accommodation comprises a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed (the lower bed is a queen-size bed) and a single bed, a living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. The parking is below the house, from there there are stairs that go up to the accommodation. As the crow flies, the lake is only 80 meters away, but to reach the beach you have to walk 300 meters along stairs and paths.

Sheets are not provided; you can bring your own or rent them (by reservation only). Bathroom and kitchen linens are not provided and must be brought from home.
