This apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a building comprising four units: two on the mezzanine floor and two on the first floor. The 35 m² apartment with small balcony overlooking the lake terrace can accommodate up to 5 people.

Located lakefront, the apartment is surrounded by a green park whose natural terraces slope gently towards the beach, offering magnificent views.

The park includes houses and apartments, a swimming pool (open from late May to mid-September), a restaurant/pizzeria, a minimarket, a tennis court, a volleyball court, and ping-pong tables.

A windsurfing school and boat, surfboard, and SUP rentals are open from June to the first week of September.

The apartment comprises a bedroom with three single beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower.

Parking is located at the entrance to the village. From there, you need to go down the stairs to reach the apartment and the lake. Bed linens are not provided; you can bring your own or rent them (advance booking required). Bathroom and kitchen linens are not provided and must be brought from home.
