This apartment is located on the ground floor of a building comprising four units: two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The 60 m² apartment with a lakefront garden can accommodate up to 6 people.

Located just steps from the beach, the apartment is in a secluded and very quiet area of ​​a green park whose natural terraces slope gently towards the beach, offering magnificent views.

The park comprises houses and apartments, a swimming pool (open from late May to mid-September), a restaurant/pizzeria, a minimarket, a tennis court, a volleyball court, and ping-pong tables.

A windsurfing school and boat, surfboard, and SUP rentals are open from June to the first week of September.

The apartment comprises a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with kitchen and sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower.

Parking is located next to the building. Bed linens are not provided; you can bring your own or rent them (advance reservation required). Bathroom and kitchen linens are not provided and must be brought from home.
