This apartment is located on the ground floor of a building comprising four units: two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The 40 m² apartment with a lake-view terrace can accommodate up to 5 people.

Located lakefront, the apartment is surrounded by a green park whose natural terraces slope gently towards the beach, offering magnificent views.

The park includes houses and apartments, a swimming pool (open from late May to mid-September), a restaurant/pizzeria, a minimarket, a tennis court, a volleyball court, and ping-pong tables.

A windsurfing school and boat, surfboard, and SUP rentals are open from June to the first week of September.

The apartment comprises a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a single bed, two bathrooms with showers, a kitchenette, and a refrigerator.

Parking is located at the entrance to the village. From there, you need to go down the stairs to reach the apartment and the lake. Bed linens are not provided; you can bring your own or rent them (advance booking required). Bathroom and kitchen linens are not provided and must be brought from home.
