This apartment is located in a semi-detached house. The 35 m² apartment with lake views is located near the pool and can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a large terrace with an awning.

Located lakefront, the apartment is surrounded by a green park whose natural terraces slope gently towards the beach, offering magnificent views. The park includes houses and apartments, a swimming pool (open from late May to mid-September), a restaurant/pizzeria, a minimarket, a tennis court, volleyball court, and ping-pong tables.

A windsurfing school and boat, surfboard, and SUP rentals are open from June to the first week of September.

The accommodation comprises a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette.

Parking is located at the entrance to the village. From there, you need to go down the stairs to reach the accommodation and the lake. The accommodation does not have sheets, which can be brought from home or rented (with a reservation made in advance). Bathroom and kitchen linens are not provided and must be brought from home.
