Summary:
Check-in
The key can be collected from your safe hanging in front of the reception using the code sent to you by email. Arrivals are allowed after 17.00. It is also possible to arrive before 17.00 (in the low season it may happen that the accommodations are available as early as 12.00), but there is no guarantee that the accommodation will be ready. The balance of the account must be paid in the days following your arrival at the reception in the morning between 8:00 and 12:00.
Check-out
Check-out is before 10:00. The day before, please inform reception of the departure time. The accommodation must be left in the state in which it was at the beginning of the stay. Return the mattresses to their original positions if moved, check that you have not carelessly left plates, glasses and cutlery in the apartments of friends or family. The guest is required to wash the dishes, clean the kitchen and rearrange the crockery, throw away the garbage (see paragraph “Garbage”) and bring the sheets back to the office if rented. The furniture must be placed in its original place and the refrigerator must be turned off.
Umbrellas and awnings
Due to sudden storms, umbrellas and awnings must be kept closed at night or when you are absent.
Dogs
In the event that we have given you permission to come on holiday with us with your dog, you will have noticed that we have not charged you any additional costs or deposits for this convenience. On the other hand, we ask you to leave the house clean from hair on your departure. We remind you that dogs are not allowed on the sofa, on the beds and on the blankets, but they will have to sleep in their kennel which you must bring from home.
Garbage
General rubbish is thrown into the undifferentiated and organic bins located outside the village, on the other side of the Provincial Road, using the special badge attached to the key of your accommodation. For plastic/cans, paper and glass, the bins located on the parking lot at the entrance to the village must be used. Children are not authorized to throw garbage because most of the time they don't know how to behave and don't respect the required differentiation.
Reception and shop
Reception and minimarket are open from the Pentecost period until mid-September. From July to August we are open from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00. On Sundays we are only open from 8:00 to 11:00. In the remaining months, except for variations, we are open from 8:00 to 12:00 and closed on Sundays. The bread generally runs out around 9:30.
Other supermarkets
2 km away in Pieve Vecchia is “La Bottega”. At 5 km in Lavenone there is the "Coop". The butcher's shop is 200 m south of the village entrance.
Bar - Restaurant - Pizzeria
In low season it is open from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 18:30 to 20:30. In high season it is open from 10:00 to 23:00.
Doctor – Pharmacy – First Aid
We can arrange a doctor's appointment for you. For the appointment we can call the doctor only between 8:30 and 9:30. From 17/07 to 31/08 the Tourist Doctor service is active in Ponte Caffaro (9 Km) in Via XI Febbraio, 12/A: Tuesdays from 11:00 to 12:00, Wednesdays from 18:00 to 19: 00, on Fridays from 16:00 to 19:00. The medical guard is located in Vestone (9 Km). Opening hours and contact details are published on Google under "Servizio di Continuità Assistenziale Vestone". The closest Emergency Department is in Gavardo (40 Km). The closest pharmacy is in Pieve Vecchia (2 Km). For the ambulance call 112.
Coin-operated washing machines
In the Tre Capitelli Tourist Village there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers near the tennis court, from 08.00 to 17.00. The token and the detergent can be bought in the office.
Small repairs
In the event of small breakdowns in the accommodation, our guests are requested to notify the management immediately so that we can intervene as quickly as possible. In this sense we want to guarantee a trouble-free holiday for present and future guests. The service is free.
Pool
Located near the lake, it is 10 x 20 m wide and 1.35 m deep. It is open from 09.00 to 18.00. The swimming pool is not supervised and children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. It is forbidden to dive, to use dinghies, mattresses and balls. For hygienic reasons, the use of a swimming cap is mandatory.
Tennis and Ping Pong
The tennis court is subject to charges and can be booked in the office. We have two ping-pong tables available, the use of which is free and does not require a reservation.
Windsurfing school
The windsurfing school is open from mid-June to mid-September in the Tre Capitelli Village. There are courses for beginners. You can rent windsurfs, sailboats, motor boats, canoes and sup.
Weekly markets
Tuesday in Ponte Caffaro and every Wednesday in Crone at Lake Idro. Friday in Vobarno in Valla Sabbia. The market takes place on Tuesdays in Desenzano, Wednesdays in Riva and every Saturday in Salò, at Lake Garda from 08.00 to 12.00. A real popular market is held every first Monday of the month in Nozza, always in the morning. On the second Sunday of September each year, an all-day fair is held in Ponte Caffaro.
Motor boats
Motor boats exceeding 9.9 HP are prohibited. Insurance and possession of the engine registration booklet are mandatory.
ATM
In Idro – Pieve Vecchia there are two banks with ATM service.
Charging electric cars
We have four 3kWh electric car charging stations that only provide electricity between 11.00pm in the evening and 7.00am in the morning. They are standard sockets into which a plug identical to that of a household appliance must be inserted. The service is subject to a fee.
Wifi
The WiFi password inside your accommodation is shown on the key holder.
Bicycles
Bicycles, mountain bikes and E-bikes can be rented at the "Bike 3 Lands" shop in Pieve Vecchia, just 2 km away from our village.
Fishing license for foreigners
To get permission to fish on Lake Idro you have to transfer €23 to the Regione Lomabardia with this IBAN IT95D0306909790100000300047 and BIC / SWIFT BCITITMM and write in the description "tassa pesca - licenza di tipo B". After the transfer has been made, a copy must be printed and kept as a receipt. Under 18 years old and over 65 years old are allowed to fish without a permit.
Teenagers
Partying and noise are not allowed here until late at night. In case you have teenagers and they should disturb the peace of the village you will be asked to interrupt your holiday immediately and leave the accommodation free without having the right to a refund.

Do you want to come back to us next year? You have the right to request
an option for the same accommodation and the same period. The option can
be requested at reception within two days before your departure.
Inventory
If anything in the house is missing or is accidentally broken, please inform the Office so that it can be replaced immediately. This service is free. Apart from the garden table and chairs, and the kitchen service, no other items of the inventory may be used outside, in particular the blankets, duvets, and pillows.
